  3. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept returns on coffee. Issues must be reported on delivery day, with photo evidence. We replace damaged or incorrect items but do not offer refunds. Other products follow our discretion.
  4. Liability: We aim for accurate information but are not liable for website downtime or errors.
  5. Copyright: All content is proprietary. No unauthorized use or adaptation.
  6. Account Termination: We reserve the right to disable accounts that breach these terms.

Return and Refund Policy

  • No Returns on Coffee: Coffee products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
  • Reporting Timeframe: Any issue (damage or incorrect item) must be reported on the day of delivery.
  • Evidence Requirement: Customers must provide photo evidence and a description for any damage or incorrect product.
  • Replacement Only: We will replace damaged or incorrect items and cover the replacement shipping. No returns will be accepted.
  • Other Products: For non-coffee items, returns/refunds are at our discretion.
  • No Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind.
  • Credit Notes/Gift Cards: In discretionary cases, we may issue a credit note or gift card for use on freedomcoffee.co.
  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost, we will replace it at our discretion and manage courier issues internally.
